Diane August 22, 2016 at 6:50 pmAngie 21 day fix does have a modifier. This program teaches you a healthy way of life….it’s not a diet. It truly is just changing how we eat. I started the program last Jan. and decided to become a coach for it because it was so effective. I quicky saw results and that was motivation to keep going. Even if you choose not to do 21 day fix, don’t give up on getting healthy. The energy you will feel will amaze you. I went from no energy at all to energized!!! One of the things I love about the Beachbody 21 Day Fix workouts is that they are very doable at only 30 minutes each. Travel, whether for business or pleasure, is no excuse to skip your exercise session.
