Thank You… I’m just gonna leave a comment to reinforce your comment. A lot of people have the misconception that you can target fat loss. When you lose fat, your body decides where it loses fat. Now of course the more you target certain muscles, the bigger and more toned those muscles get and you’re also losing fat in general….. so eventually those muscles start to show, thus making that part of your body look better. But if you’re someone looking to just lose fat and not worried about building/toning muscle… than do some cardio and DIET!! Eating right is much more important than exercising if you’re trying to lose weight/fat.

Love handles don’t have to be something we learn to love and live with. We CAN break up with them, and we should! I have done the burst fit and I really didn’t see much difference. I haven’t done it in about 5 months, maybe it was doing more than I thought because I gained 10 pounds and my love handles are back! I have some joint pain so sometimes I cant do all the exercises that I have to use my shoulder. I am 52 maybe that’s why?? Could that be a problem in losing??
